Hello guys,

I'm pleased to report that I have finally placed my order and the car will be in production next week. It has been nothing short of a labor of love to get to this stage. It took me almost 3 years of hunting to finally pull the trigger on a new one after hunting for the best pre-loved one.

I sadly cannot get the "DIY 3 wheeler" engine of MMC to give me an accurate representation of my choice so here is an exact representation of the color i'm looking for. This car is build as an homage to the writer and pilot Antoine Saint Exupery. I wanted a car that would remind me of my favorite book " Le Petit Prince" and inspire awe and imagination.
The color is a revival of french racing blue famous in the 30's, 40's and 50's. Its no coincidence that the Delahaye 135S below rocks the same color I picked.

I think Antoine's status is similar to (or higher - the French have a higher regard for history it seems) the UK's Adrian Warburton in the UK. Both died doing recon in F-5s (P38s) when they should have been retired fom flying!

I'm really on the fence with the leather and I cannot make my mind. Tough choice - I'm open to advice.

Regarding Antoine he was definitely an older pilot but I think clipping his wings would have done the same damage. I thoroughly enjoyed his books and testimonies (especially about flying).
