I bought the J. W. Speaker LED's per Blake's recommendation. Very much like yours.

Not one week passes when I was coming home in rural Vermont when a black bear was running across the road I was on and, with the stock incandescent lamps, I would have never even seen him until it was too late! As it was I saw him in time to slow a bit and swerve out of his way with plenty of room. I don't know who was more scared, the bear or me.

You'll have more amps available as well!

I am going to have to get up real early or go to bed late at night to try them out before I need them.

And yes, I am now ready for the other lamps I have to be put in place and wired into the circuitry,

I did not Post photos of the clips that gave so much grief, so here they are.



They have to sit on the flat spot on these.


These W clips need to sit perfectly flat on the replacement lamps otherwise the lamps and bezel will not fit into the bucket. It took a lot of persuasion to get the clips too lay flat on the thicker J.W.Speaker LED lamps!

The lighting project is moving forward along with the oil cooler add.

Here is a dry fitting to see if it all lines up; so far all is well.

I took a piece of 6061 Aluminum tube and started cutting spaces out of it.











Now the car will get raised up so I can get under it to work on the oil lines and the electrical connections.

I have a question that is purely a what do you think question; would you paint the aluminum mounting bar Black, Clear Coat, Body Color or Red??? Or??

That’s a lot of lights! Certainly a unique look... I wonder whether one would fit in front of the air cleaner for a cyclops look?

What do the low orange & yellow lamps do, turn, marker or driving?

Paul, not unique, I saw what High Noon, and several others had done with the front lamps. What is unique is how I am mounting them with a custom front plate bracket.
