I bought the J. W. Speaker LED's per Blake's recommendation. Very much like yours.
Not one week passes when I was coming home in rural Vermont when a black bear was running across the road I was on and, with the stock incandescent lamps, I would have never even seen him until it was too late! As it was I saw him in time to slow a bit and swerve out of his way with plenty of room. I don't know who was more scared, the bear or me.
You'll have more amps available as well!
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

Well, I must say that persistence pays off, as well as the kind reassurance from fellow TMrs. I managed to get the W clips rotated flat onto the small rim of the LED lamp, and it worked with the W clips spread way out to what I would call a lazy W. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/07/24/IMG_5280.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/07/24/IMG_5282.jpg) I can hardly wait for a night time drive👍😎 off topic... but I am honoured to be a part of that squadron

I am going to have to get up real early or go to bed late at night to try them out before I need them.
And yes, I am now ready for the other lamps I have to be put in place and wired into the circuitry,

I did not Post photos of the clips that gave so much grief, so here they are. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/07/29/W-Clip.jpg) They have to sit on the flat spot on these. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/07/23/IMG_5275.jpg) These W clips need to sit perfectly flat on the replacement lamps otherwise the lamps and bezel will not fit into the bucket. It took a lot of persuasion to get the clips too lay flat on the thicker J.W.Speaker LED lamps!

The lighting project is moving forward along with the oil cooler add. Here is a dry fitting to see if it all lines up; so far all is well. That’s a lot of lights! Certainly a unique look... I wonder whether one would fit in front of the air cleaner for a cyclops look?

Paul, not unique, I saw what High Noon, and several others had done with the front lamps. What is unique is how I am mounting them with a custom front plate bracket.
Thanks Rodger, that was the original goal and probably where I will end up.
