I live in a place called Fourqueux, which can produce similar results when suitably pronounced.

Nice drive across to Hitchin to buy a fire blanket for the van and then the longer way home! Really enjoying the Plus 4 now. 8000 miles and it’s all starting to come together nicely. I always think a car needs 10,000 miles to really bed-in.

Just over 40 miles, down to Carmarthen and back. Nice weather, so took the roof off for the return journey!

I like to drive to the Tösstal, a hilly region east of Zürich. After a 50km drive I reached a very scenic point named Sternenberg (North of Bauma) with its lovely church. Ist the highest community in the Canton of Zürich, 875 m above sea level.

That is a lovely picture of your car and a cute little church, looks as if it has a wooden shingle roof the church that is..

No where...
Battery flat...
I left the key in "aux" and the radio on.
What a muppet.
Battery now on charge.
It is the second tie I've done it.

I hope, tomorrow will be better.

Weather forecast for today was good, after perhaps a week or so of grey days.... Up circa 05:00hrs, fed and watered and out circa 06:00 hrs tried to not to waken anybody up and crept as much as my +8 can creep out on to the road. Why so early ? My destination was in the Trossachs in the hope of enjoying a bit of early morning Tarmac, my target was to hope to find free reign over my favourite bit of road, The Dukes Pass. I was delighted to find my plan worked perfectly to the extent once through it and on past Brig`o Turk I turned round and had another go at it from the other direction... (-: None of those pesky tour busses to be seen anywhere Boab.. (-: Might even give it another go tomorrow morning if I waken up early enough.. Another 63 enjoyable miles added to the tally... (-:

Only thing I might add is that the council seem to have done a cheap repair job by spraying some tar down and covering it with tiny chips... So if you are precious about paint I would avoid that road for a few months.. Pity..!

Are they the 240V or 650V busses?
