A few interesting Morgan lots in Bonhams upcoming sale at the Beaulieu Autojumble, including a couple of 3-wheeler "restoration projects" for the particularly brave: www.bonhams.com/auctions/25455

I rather like the 1937 Alvis 4.3 short chassis DHC.
As you say, those 3 wheeler restoration projects would not be for the faint hearted.

Interesting but not particularly attracted to the expensive boxes of bits, I hope someone does though.

The 1947 F4 Roadster "offered for recomissioning" sold for £5,750.......
I've no idea if that's good or bad. It seemed to me a better deal than the two boxes of bits that were, apparently, a 1926 Aero and 1933 Super Sports which fetched £6,937 and £7,562 respectively.
I guess it might seem like that, but as full restoration would seem to be needed for any of the projects, the greater value of a restored pre-war Aero or Super Sports compared to a post war F4 may make them a better buy (depending on how complete the boxes of bits are....) In any case, it's interesting Ian. Thanks for posting.

Good point. And just for comparison, this 1938 Super Sports with newly rebuilt Matchless engine achieved £34,500. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/09/08/bonhams-06.md.jpg) The 1935 model behind it requiring "recomissioning" made £28,750
