Browsing the web pages a highly spec'ed plus 4 caught my eye nestled 150 miles away at Krazyhorse in Bury St Edmunds.

To obtain this jewel there was a major challenge to overcome (well 2 actually if you include the cost to change).

'Whats wrong with the old one' asked the Boss, sharp as a razor despite my best efforts with a rather expensive bottle of wine wine

'Well nothing actually but this one has more extras than Ben-Hur and due to the suspension tweaks will ride like a limousine' (I should have added 'compared to our one' but I have learnt from our dear old politicians its best to be economic with facts if you wish to cloud the truth sufficiently to carry the argument).

And so following protracted negotiations on the home front the deed has been done.

Krazyhorse were a joy to deal with, I'm as pleased as punch and in my biased opinion prefer the look of mine rather than the new pretender (which I wish every success).

Even the Misses is impressed (despite some muttering that the ride is more akin to a roller skate than a Rolls Royce laugh2

I copied the full embedded BBCode as I couldn't see your link.
That looks very nice.

Very nice car you have got yourself.

Great Photos of a Plus 4 with a Plus Six, certainly the closest I have seen the two together.

The Plus six looks a lot wider but the wings are certainly similar shapes apart from the louvres behind the front wheels. Would they be the same part supplied by super form or a new mould?

The plus six has a rear brake light in the roof, so what happens when the roof is down?

Johncc, very nice colour combo, congratulations !

ChrisC, if you fold the hood properly you can still see the central brake light

Fantastic looking cars and the first time I have seen a Plus 6 against a Trad. The Plus 6 has a bit of a gangster look to it whilst the Trad still looks very Jeeves and Wooster - I mean that as a compliment in both cases.

Thanks for comments guys and JohnV6 for sorting the pictures - it was my first go at loading and a couple didn't make it as the resizing was rejected.
The plus 6 seems quite a bit wider than a Plus 4 in the flesh - my one has roadster wings so is wider than standard.
Alas the hood stayed up on the journey home - M25 on a drizzly Saturday with heavy traffic is not meant for Morgans!

I think plus 4 looks superb - really like the colour combo of silver with the blue hood. Great choice.

I had not seen pictures of the "new" plus 6 along side a plus 4 before- albeit with Roadster size wings. Imagine what a 4/4 looks like against a plus6! So similar but somehow very different. Much food for thought - I think the plus 6 looks great but somehow I feel the "trad" maybe looks prettier? If only the bank balance would stretch to 2 Morgans………………………..

Reading all the posts about the end of trad production I've had a look back at these images - old and new if you like. There is a purity of design with the trad - the plus 6 is lovely but to my eyes the trad looks more - original or genuine or authentic?

Maybe a plus 6 would be a great daily driver and the Trad a car to cherish, tinker with and care for. Something tells me the appeal and sheer character of the older design will run deeper for longer with owners.

After my test drive in the PlusSix we sat in the car for a bit scrolling through the dash settings etc, and the salesman said "you do know you wont be able to spanner & tweak this like you do on your Roadster, you know"
