Thanks Rob, and thanks for sending me the template from the MG tool

I’ve made mine slightly longer (600mm) so I can undo and tighten the spinners by hand without the need to club them with hammers!

I have recently bought the plywood tool and quite like it, bit I think I'll reinforce it to save it from the hammer blows.

Otherwise, I've been using a leather/copper Thor hammer (and have a lead one too). I've taken to using a scrap of wood between the hammer and spinner to protect the spinner.
