Did any new cars receive a letter?
If it's a "shot gun" letter as suggested then the answer should be yes... If it's a "shot gun" letter as suggested then the answer should be yes... My assumption is that only owners of cars manufactured within the date range specified in the safety alert will be contacted. That makes sense. I wonder what the authorities follow up and checking protocol is like?

Mines a late 2016 and the answer is no. Of course mine isn’t affected anyway.

Mines a late 2016 and the answer is no. Of course mine isn’t affected anyway. Thanks, I read the Fine Print and found the dates.

Mine 2013 No received alert. Hi Raphy, I would contact MMC. Adrian Westwood was my point of contact on this and the person who arranged for the kit to be sent to me in Tourtour. If I can fit the kit, you certainly can. You need to send MMC a good picture of the pedal box, so that they can confirm that your box is one of those requiring the modification. I have a 2103 July production M3W, my understanding is that as Wilson's picture shows it's pedals with the M3W logo that are affected. my pedals do not have the logo so I assume are not affected.
