To get back to the topic of the OP, a bit; a follow up post to the video I linked to earlier. They talked about the project, the network and the suppliers they have been working with; here are some links.
As mentioned in the video MMC has been working together with, among other, the Niche Vehicle Network (NVN) and its members. Here is a link to a page with some information about the project, the
Morgan 3 Wheeler (101 Project).
From its initial concept, the project to design and develop the vehicle has been supported by the Niche Vehicle Network, and as a result it will be manufactured almost entirely in the West Midlands region, with suppliers sourced from the network members.
I.e. mostly the same region as usual, I think.

The info. about the car is old news, but there is some information about the project.
(And the initial post about the
announcement last year.)
As mentioned in the video, and in the above link at NVN, they had discussions with several suppliers, and the result is around a dozen companies involved; for example,
ABT Products Ltd (chassis).
Premier Sheet Metal, is another.
I also believe
Caparo AP Braking is involved.
Another company working together with Morgan 3 Wheeler Ltd is
Quaife Engineering. They have been working on the steering rack, among other things.
