It's fixed. Both videos should be visible now.

Thanks for the video, the first I mean, Michael.

Wow, these wiping movements and the sound, which is also in slow motion, feels like it's the start of a new David Lynch movie. Soon later the camera might swivel into space and you see something very mysterious and scary...

Nice one Michael, I'd call that a 'clean sweep' thumbs

The fascinating thing for me is that today it is possible to make such videos with a smartphone.

These videos also show the limits of the human eye. Suddenly details become visible that can never be seen at normal speed.

The slow-motion sound of course gives an extra effect.

I've been searching on & off for years and tested various without a satisfying result, then by chance dropped on Carbuilder Solutions who I've used lots of times before & never noticed them in their book

They are ref WBS 8

Thanks for that - will order a set as mine are pretty hopeless.

Great Jon, I fitted them today. As you say, they need a bit of trimming, and they work.

Having been out in the rain a few times lately I'm going to upgrade my wipers.

However, I've just been looking at the WSB8 wipers on Car Builder Solutions website and the locking hole seems in fact to be a short slot.

Jon modified his by drilling an extra hole and one can clearly see that the original locking hole was round.

Does anyone know if the the WSB8 is correct and does it have a round locking hole or is it a slot?

If it is a slot, does it still work OK with our wiper arms?

Someone here with a Lhd car who fitted the CBS wipers?

I'm afraid I'm gonna have to shorten the lower part of it about 20mm.

Bob, mine were definitely a hole, but as you say the latest image on CBS is slightly slotted, the spring clip was pretty tight so I suspect you will get very little movement. You could ring CBS and ask for a physical stock check - they are helpful
