Richard,
Edition 4 has arrived... it features my two favourite cars, the Hillman Imp and the Morgan Plus 8.
A Gentleman Thug, given to immense erudition and wanton violence sums up the Aero Plus 8's character rather well.
How will you describe the PlusSix?
BTW, I tried to sign up for another year but it won't let me start with issue 5.... needs some attention, I think. Thanks. If you already subscribe then your new subscription will run from the next issue you need, if that makes sense. If it doesn't make sense, call the office and they'll help! Tel 01476 978843. Plus Six review in the pipeline! Cheers

After appreciating your excellent video feature on the Roadster, I have ordered the current issue and all the back issues. Always happy to support adventurous and well written motor journalism, something that has been missing since LJK Setright passed away.

LJK? That's a whole new subject. I'm sure there is at least one TM member who could contribute to that discussion! +1 for Motorpunk from me (if I haven't already). It's rare that I read about cars I've owned in magazines but it happens in every issue of Motorpunk - Imp and Marina this time.

My favourite quote from issue 4 was from the TVR press officer..When a journalist once asked the TVR press officer, sometime in the late 1990's, why didn't they fit better safety features such as airbags, his gruff reply was: "Because we're still making cars for heterosexuals" PMSL keep up the good work, it should be on the NHS

I was really saddened to read this email just a minute ago from the great team at Motor punk, thank you for such a good read for the last year and good luck for the future. Here's hoping you can make it back into print before too long.
Dear MotorPunk subscriber, We have taken the difficult decision that issue four of MotorPunk will be the last. We’ve had a great time putting the mag together, meeting readers and sharing our particular kind of automotive kicks. We’ve also hugely appreciated the support you’ve given us by subscribing and for the huge amount of positive feedback the magazine has received. Thank you. Unfortunately, we just can’t make the figures add up to continue with another year of producing the magazine. You don’t need to do anything: we will begin the process of issuing refunds to subscribers immediately. Given the impending Christmas break, that may take a little longer than it otherwise would. We will promise to offer all refunds by 17th January at the latest, but expect it to be complete much quicker than that. Thank you once again for supporting MotorPunk. We will continue online… and who knows, maybe we will roll through the printing presses again in future. Kind regards, Adam Wilkins Publisher

Oh dear, that's a real shame. I read every issue from cover to cover, one of the few magazines where absolutely all of the content was interesting to me. I shall miss it.

It's rare that I read about cars I've owned in magazines but it happens in every issue of Motorpunk - Imp and Marina this time. Oh yes, he of the beard and a wonderful if somewhat strange, command of the English language. I well remember one of his more controversial articles when he suggested that the then current Ferrari Superfast should have it's engine replaced by a big American lump. I think it was in "car" magazine but I'm not certain.
Here for a good time not a long time!! Reg
