As quality issues seem to be never ending with the M3W I wonder if it really is a quality issue

Quality issue comment seems to come up a bit. Maybe I am lucky but I have not had any real quality issues that I can recall. I don’t have an early version so that might be the difference. I do agree the Morgan is quirky and it is a different animal. I just view that is part of what we bought into. Not making excuses but we all realize I assume this is not a Japanese product made in large volumes. Now if I was one of the original beta testers maybe I would have a different view but I have zero regrets buying the Morgan.

That could be the case, but I don't think it is, as some BB's are quiet but most are not. If you have a noisy one, then as it is practically in the car with you, it will be heard.

My first M3W had a BB that was as quiet as the grave, the 2nd one sounded like the devil was having a party around the grave, especially if, as has been said, it was up to temperature, say after half an hours main road running.

Love this description Paul.
