The cars and drivers for the celebrity race at Silverstone Classic have been revealed.
Drivers include Brendan Cole (celeb ballroom dancer), Heston Blumenthal (celeb chef/mad scientist) and Charlie Boreman (celeb motorcyclist), Luther Blisset, Lord Brocket (famous for burying ferraris IIRC) and Rick Parfitt Jnr is back to defend his win last year.
The cars are the stars though: Morgan V6 Roadsters.
With this, the 50th anniversary of the E-type celebrations, a Wall of Death and Suzi Quatro I'll be a very happy chappy all weekend I think.

But I'm sure you'll enjoy the Peter Morgan Memorial race at Donington Park on the 30th May. 3 Morgan races without celebs, including a 4 cylinder only race (the TT cup )!

Tim not racing today as he is having his engine changed. I'm saving the car for Donington as it will be doing 300 race miles in 3 races and 3 practices!

Hi John, Yes, just back from meeting up with Tim. RTA is now in his hands for a thorough checkover before LeJog. Tim has related the engine tale! I'd love tickets John, but unfortunately I'll be at Lands End - I don't fancy half a day at Donnington then driving to LE... At least not in RTA! Hopefully get mine back during the week assuming no major problems... Don't think I'll be going far in the loan Rav4  Cheers,
