Generally appears to be an honestly presented example of the series,....only my .02 cents worth.
Paintwork and prep seems to have been done by amateurs, or someone guided by strict financial constraints.
Some of the paint failure appears directly due to lack of diligence and/or experience in prepping/cleaning for top coat.
Environmental factors most probably also contributed.to the flaking and bubbling. While seeming trivial to some,
blatant paint over-spray (on the hood tape especially) would have a tendency to put some potential buyers off.
It certainly isn't a 4/4 I would run away from though!
