Hi , I have two sets of keys and immobilizers with my car, but notice that the key code tab is broken , I only have the first part of it. Is this something I should try and replace before losing both sets, or is the code read from GEMS via ODB2 when a new set needs setting up?

Many thanks Richard, I'll have to look at the imobiliser. I've got a lot of original documents, but as it was factory direct, no dealer pack to look up any original codes.
