What is really frustrating Steve is that Janice also has a dry cough when we came back from NZ via Singapore on 3/3. With no testing we don't know if we have had the bloody thing. We are alive the house is paid for etc. We are to quote Monty Pyhton "Lucky Bastards" We had one as well , it went fairly quickly - too much air con !

For those in isolation mode, here is a useful resource that some of you might find helpful, it is a blog page listing several free resources - things such at virtual museum tours, music, distance learning etc. Worth a look - https://chatterpack.net/blogs/blog/...1QyUST81Lu4QXjUCZ9HBs1fshad1bIOARqVkFmPI

Have just done a lovely 7 km walk from home to the Trimley foreshore of the Orwell & back. Very few people about & everyone kept their distance. Lovely to see deer , kestrels etc with the blossom out and magnolias in bloom. Tesco at the weekend once I hit 7 days. What I have must be a cold as I had no fever. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/03/19/20200319_121046.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/03/19/20200319_123204.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/03/19/20200319_123404.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/03/19/20200319_124117.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/03/19/20200319_124244.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/03/19/20200319_130401.jpg)

Nice. I've had sinusitis for about three weeks after a cold, and a chesty cough, which is slowly improving. Today I feel much better as I parted with a huge amount of greeny yellow nasal deposits...…………...

I know Trimley quite well - the local bike club have a very well organised Rally there in the Summer. Haven't been for a few years as tend to go away the first week of the summer break, but had some very good times there

We are virtually self isolating, despite (fortunately) having no symptoms. We thought it sensible, Both Susie and I are in ‘at risk’ groups. Also, our respective children have been concerned about us. I have made one trip to town to buy essentials, but stayed away from my normal coffee stops, or meeting with friends. We are not overstocked, but now have enough food to last about 10 days, if required. Also, two of our younger neighbours have now offered to shop for us, should we need their help. We are quite fortunate where we live, as there are still local shops selling fresh produce,
To avoid going stir crazy, we have the local beaches for a walk and plenty of countryside to explore, without having to come into contact with anyone else.
Good luck everyone. Stay safe.

As 2 "over 70s" we are in self isolation for the next 4 months.I think I could cope with that provided it wast 4 months of rain every day as has been the case until now. There is lots to do outside in the garden etc, but I cant motivate myself to do anything much in 6C and drizzle.

Yes, it's a bit of a pain not being able to get out on the veg patch, but OTOH I've at last got round to putting some new shelving up in the workshop, it's only taken me about 20 years to get to it.
