My poor old 4/4 was involved in an RTC a couple of weeks ago: I had entered and was crossing a roundabout but had to slow down because someone puled out in front of me in a long pick-up with a long trailer. Unfortunately someone else joining the roundabout from the left didn't notice me slow down and drove into the rear corner of my car. There were vague signs of a scrape on tail end of the wing and a slight crease along the wheelarch (which was already weekened by corrossion) and the bumper and bumber irons got a little twisted. But nothing too obvious and it's certainly still drivable. Their car was a Citroen C3 and their front bumper was pierced by my rear bumper and the corner was almost ripped off.

Nothing major really and it all seems to be going through the insurance without a hitch.

I've taken it to Brian Gateson at Techniques and he advised replacing the wing as he wouldn't be able to repair it satisfactorily being ali with a steel wire reinforcement. We're waiting for a replacement from Morgan - has anyone ordered panel work from them recently to ive an idea of how long it might take? Brian wasn't confident of it being too quick!

Sorry to hear about your incident and glad no one got hurt.
It is always noteworthy to see what the timeframes are for repairs of these cars in case the worst happens. Hope you get on the road soon
