When normality eventually returns, I know where I plan to go in the 4/4.

We’ll book the Plymouth to Roscoff ferry, then head to our favourite parts of Brittany.
We’ll stay in the little hotels, that we’ve visited before.
We’ll enjoy leisurely meals in the restaurants we’ve learned to love.
Hopefully, they will still be in business and hopefully, it won’t be in the too distant future.

Stay safe everyone.

cheers

We have the Picos booked through Brittany Ferries for June. My guess that will be delayed 1 year.
I suspect foreign travel will be off limits without a vaccine or positive antibody tests for now.

Anywhere within the British Isles. Probably the Highlands, somewhere.

+1 Graham that's where we'll be headed.

We'll be putting some much needed revenue back into the British economy after all the Brexit nonsense followed by the current Chinese export they need all the help we can give them trade wise thumbs.

Probably Cotswolds or Northumbria/ N. Yorkshire - help local economy but not too far away in case lockdown is reimposed.

We are still hoping that we will be able to go to Elba the first week in July, though that will be in the Jag. I too suspect international travel will be more difficult. We are booked on a ferry from Genoa to Barcelona at the beginning of September with plans to cross Spain and Portugal for Caramulo and a return via France. To me I suspect we will have to cancel.

I had also planned a month trip with the Morgan to Ireland and Scotland for spring 2021. We will just have to wait and see. After that the next possibility will be 2022 for both Caramulo and Ireland etc. September 2021 is out for me because it is the celebration of 100 years for Moto Guzzi.

A great pity re the many and varied travel plans that seem to be in the bin... I never owned a Guzzi but my dear departed uncle a former m/cycle racer visited the factory many years ago, and was MOST impressed with their multi cylinder race engine developments and that they had a wind tunnel, the first he ever saw. I also remember him talking about riding through France on his Speed Twin with a pall who has a square four while the French were amazed at the size of their machines given they were all buzzing about on mopeds at the time...Old men and their stories, I did not think I would be one too quite as quickly as seems to have happened.. rofl

You realise you have become that "old git" when you are at a track day talking about something that you suddenly realise had happened before any of your companions were born oldgit

When everything is completely over I will do two trips with Morghi, the first, alone from Saronno to Nordkapp, for the first time I will experience sleeping in a tent, possibly free camping. The second trip will be with my Lady, always togheter to Morghi , in the Cotswolds, continuing for Malvern Link with annexed factory tour and return via Wales.
😍😍

No. Its when you go into a museum and say "I bought one of those new back in.... " and realise that you have still got it
