Just received credits against our May 2020 Trip to Switzeland from Hamburg on the Car carrying Trains, DFDS say they will credit
all journey on 3/4 so should receive refund tomorrow.

Anyone had any news regarding Le Mans Classic ?

The Outer Hebrides hopefully but god knows if this year or next. I think we will think long and hard about flying long haul again and concentrate on Europe and the UK.

Checked the LMC website yesterday and they have yet to cancel but are "watching the situation closely." We (four mogs) have everything booked; overnight car train Vienna to the Swiss border, tickets, accommodation etc and have built up a head of anticipation. However the reality is it now seems unlikely so we will make the most out of whatever happens e.g take the train to Feldkirch and then head off into whichever country will allow us in or turn around and tour Austria if that's the only option.

September Barcelone Caramulo 75 th anniversary

Caramulo...spontaneously thought, so if this should be possible again in September, then it would be a nice idea to celebrate this and take the 4/4 from Cologne to Caramulo.
On real next trips I booked 5 days in Rome at the beginning of May with a group of friendly couples and 8 days in NYC at the end of May with my son. Both trips are still planned but one year later, when hopefully the situation should be better again.

When we are back to normal I will drive to Italy and spend a week in the Piemonte area.
If it is not too overcrowded the Cinque Terrae may be nice too. Most likely 2020 is the best year to go there as less tourists are to be expected.
