There is a better but more expensive option for replacement headlight shells from SVC p/n AS700B for black and S700SF for stainless steel. These have the right fitting as well.
Will these fit the LED 8700 EVO 2 Headlamp?

I have seen the large headlamp buckets advertised on off-road sites.
Car Builders has a variety of large bucket lamps from 42 pounds to 115 pounds for stainless steel. They list dimensions so if you want the Evol to fit just buy a bucket that matches the stock lamps.
