Like everybody else stuck at home looking at the beautiful blue cloudless sky, perfect driving weather and not being able to go out. So I make myself useful in the garage tinkering with the Morgan, and forced to listen to all the doom and gloom on the radio especially on climate change lie allegedly caused by plant food called carbon dioxide, my mind drifted to that dreaded fuel we will all be subject to next year namely E10 Petrol. My question is this should I replace the fuel lines while the Morgan is stripped down or wait and see if it really does cause any problems?. My car is a 1983 Morgan 4/4. I would be grateful for your comments and suggestions

As well as the rubber fuel lines you might consider the internal seals of your pump and carb.
I had a 1993 4/4 and the pump failed. While replacing it I changed the rubber hoses with resistant ones and fitted a filter to protect the new pump that was E10 compliant. The pump had failed due to some bits of muck getting in from the tank. I cut it open to inspect it! I checked the tank and it was fine but flushed it out. I found bits of some material/dirt in the flushed petrol. Hence the extra filter. I replaced the main filter under the bonnet. The car had efi but I didn’t do anything forward of the filter to the injectors or pressure regulator. I cut open the original hoses to see if there was deterioration but they looked ok.
I would definitely consider upgrading the fuel system using new pipes and service kits with resistant seals. It is future proofing while you can access the parts easily.

I would do it whilst it is easy.

I would also replace the float & needle/seat set in the carb with an ethanol resistant one (there are specific kits available) the old plastic floats are a known weak spot

Ethanol in fuel is a very mixed blessing - there are huge amounts of rain Forrest being cut down for farmers to grow crops from which ethanol is made. Also ethanol means much worse fuel consumption so more fossil fuel is actually used
