Hi Richard

1) Sand face of caliper with 1,000 grit paper
3) Clean with methylated spirits
2) Mask up half the caliper
4) Apply one coat of Caliper paint (Halford 250ml £10.99) leave to dry for about 40 - 45 mins touch dry
5) Sand with 3,000 grit paper with a little water, and clean with methylated spirits
6) Apply second coat of paint.
7) Leave to dry for 48 hrs
8) Stick on Morgan high temp caliper decals (eBay)
9) Polish the face of the caliper

Well Craig, you spoilt that, I had a vison of mahl stick, fine brush & tiny pot of white paint in hand somestick

Just a thought Craig but a blow over of clear lacquer might protect the decals a bit better? Just a thought...
