Until they slam the door shut on the hood banghead

"Why don't they take the hood down? And don't get me going on when they wash the car with river water."

The world is not a perfect place, I just enjoyed the journeys.

We've been through the hood down bit when the series was first shown John.
I'm in agreement, but would not try to run radio transmitter or record audio in an open Morgan due to the amount of background noise.

You did a heck of a lot better than me Richard. I winced during the intro at the diamond-encrusted all pink interior and smiled when the bloke talked about the smoothness of "multi-cylinder" engines. But 4 minutes in when they told me that the "Blower Bentley" won at Le Mans in 1929 I'd had enough.

I'll try and watch the Morgan episode when it airs but I'm afraid the tabloid level of fact-checking and presentation may defeat me.

Well John as I get older I just pretend to be more tolerant but I'm exactly the opposite in reality, if it gets all pc I'm bored and out of there and I find the frequency of these events increasing logarithmically with the present bunch of snowflakes that surround us including on TV.

Having watched a recent program on the making of these Crewe tanks perhaps I was a little jaded going into this one, the last one featured a vajazzle roof lining I think, well something like that that looked very Essex and totally tasteless hide oldgit

Just caught up, recorded it last Monday.
Interesting, but more like a marketing video than serious investigational TV.
It will be VERY interesting to see just how they present Morgan: the Aston one tomorrow I'll watch, but I'm not expecting much.

Regard it as light entertainment! Like most supposed tech programmes now...

Just for something different, those of you with access to Netflix do look up some of the many American car progs. Some of them are very good and so different from our car progs like Car Chasers, Rust to Riches etc

Here for a good time not a long time!!

On a recommendation from TM, I watched the film Ronin last night - WOW real car chases galore, (& no sh*t, blurry CGI) obviously well before risk assessments existed, if done today the value of cars destroyed would run into £Ms
