Of course, yes. That day driving from Geilo to Andalsnes was memorable. What a landscape you have!

Literally super cool, I love the orange too, what a cracking colour for a Morgan.

Norway is temptingly close to NE Scotland, one day I’ll find a way to get my car there for a spin.

Ewn.
I took my roadster there in 2015. Unfortunately it's a 3 day journey each way from Aberdeen via Amsterdam and Hertshalls in Denmark if you use available car ferries. The ferry from Newcastle to Bergen ended years ago. Having got there it was absolutely fabulous. We got as far North as Tromso inside the Arctic Circle. Given the getting there and back you need to allow plenty of time to make it worthwhile.

Thanks for the tip, Andy, it’s such a pity there isn’t a quicker conventional way. I have a fisherman friend who took his lotus to Norway on the deck of the boat, most of the larger fishing boats visit regularly for dry dock maintenance, I could probably blag a lift at least in one direction.

It’ll never happen, but perhaps it’s a good business model for budget airlines post pandemic, rip out the seats and offer drive on-drive off flights, I’d probably be prepared to pay £1k one way for that.
