When I bought my 6 year old Brooklands it had 5 new Avon ZV7s fitted. The dealer did this as it was an MOT fail due to cracking. The cracks had been advisories for the 3 years before. See history below
Now it had basically stood doing between 800 & 300 miles pa before I bought it at 9000 miles. The dealer initially had only replaced 4 tyres not the spare. If you looked closely at the spare under the tyre dressing the cracks were there so I got a new one as part of the deal.
