It’s great. You can really feel the difference, it’s smoother, slightly better throttle response and feels like a tiny power gain. +1

I can see that Emils system is a better designed fuel system than the Morgan one and closer to what S&S recomend, it has a fuel filter before the injectors for starters. Not sure that the work to get the fuel to the injectors will actually improve things, other than being better engineered. The fuel pressure supplied with the standard system should result in a fairly even supply to the injectors but even if it did vary by a few psi the Lambda sensors would alter the injection pulse for each cylinder with the closed loop system to get the correct fuel air ratio for each cylinder. At wide open throttle the system reverts to the basic fuel map but if this is set up for the standard system it will have any slight variations in delivery pressure factored in with the basic map. Possibly any alteration from standard injector supply of the fuel system should be done with a dyno run for WOT settings?
I do like Emils filter before the injectors and the pressure regulator with a gauge, better for checking the fuel is being delivered to the injectors at the correct pressure and clean.

Unclear to why Emil’s fuel system upgrade works so much better but it does. I don’t know about the power part but my Morgan starts up much quicker and runs much smoother. I have a couple thousand miles since the fuel system upgrade and it is worth every nickel. Sure it is better engineered but I think that gets you a couple things that are making the improvements including a real fuel regulator that can be perfectly dialed in, high flow filter, higher quality hoses and a balanced feed to both injector blocks at the same time. Of course with the filter in front of the injectors less worry about a clogged injector. For me my Morgan used to generally take two to three long cranking sessions before it eventually fired up. Now no more that a couple seconds with one push of the start button. For reference I tried three different types of plugs to fix my starting issue as well which never fixed it.

By any chance, is there a battery swap involved here too?

Emils system works just fine with the Banner battery, provided you have a good Banner battery to begin with.

Just booked my M3W in at Krazy Horse this Saturday for 569 cams and unlocked ECU How did you get on and what do you think of the big cams?

I have got my Winter jobs sorted, along with all my Christmas presents (from me to me, the best kind) . After 7 years of running a fairly standard engine, other than a G56 Stage 1 and unlocked and dyno'ed ECU, I have decided to go for some roller rockers, 569 cams and NGK DCPR6IEX plugs. Also there is a chain drive conversion from Phil Bleazey, with a "sporty" 23/48 sprocket combination. It will get another dyno run at Krazy Horse next spring if it all goes to plan, that should be interesting. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/10/23/IMG_0999.jpg)
