The belt needs to be fairly tight. When I got mine it was REALLY loose and I had a horrible slap noise on deceleration. I really have not compared, but I would think the tension is very similar to what I have on my Road King

A rule of thumb method to check the belt tension is that you should only be able to twist the lower run between 45 - 90 degrees.
As it's at least 4 years old I would be replacing the rear tyre anyway, regardless of mileage or tread depth.

Several threads ran on TM back in 2015 and there were many front tyre pressure preferences ranging from 25 psi to 30 psi though one person liked 37 psi which to me seems a tad high. The pressure marked on the side of the tyre is usually only a maximum pressure for that tyre and will have little bearing on actual pressure for the vehicle to which it is fitted. The 22psi sticker which Betty referred to would certainly be correct for a 4 wheeler Morgan though.

I found my original Avon front tyres were wearing more in the centre so upped the pressure to 25psi, I keep the replacement Blockleys at 25psi. I have a Nokian weatherproof on the rear at 28psi.
