We're visiting the LtB Run this year and wil be arriving on Saturday the 4th november at Harwich or Dover early in the morning.
"We" are a group of 4 dutch morgan owners.
Are there any suggestions to kill some time this saturday. Of course we are only interested in car related thing:-) To give some exampels; we visited Booth museum, Rutters, Brand Hatch, Brooklands museum, Goodwood, RPI, and even Duxford Museum ( yes, there are some trucks and cars there).
Any suggestions?

thank's in advance.

Paul.

Try the Bentley Wildfowl and Motor Museum. Its not far from where the LtB cars will be running.

There does not seem to be much going on in November banghead so the Bentleys visit sounds a good bet thumbs

Had it been a week later, you could have visited the NEC Classic car show!!!!
This may be the last one where the MSCC attends as we can't get a volunteer to organise it after Dave Sapp stands down at the next AGM.

And if you made it to the NEC you could have gone for a spin in a 3 wheeler, if mine arrives I was planning to do the sport bears runs. If not it'll be an Aero.

And if you made it to the NEC you could pop into the Heritage Motor Museum at Gaydon...well worth a visit and there's a couple of Morgans there too!

Further west the Haynes Motor museum Sparkford, more cars than I have seen in any museum. On the A303 near Yeovil.

I see you didn't include Beaulieu in your list of "already visited". Another possibility, if you've not already been there.

A useful list to have to hand - thanks. I didn't even realise there was a car museum in Canterbury, even though we visit the city quite regularly. It's very small (13 cars and 5 bikes) - looks like it's in someone's back garden (a bit like Chris Booth's museum in Rolvenden)! I might give it a try next time we're down there.

How long are you over for ? Classics at the Goat at Hertford Heath if that's still going on - 1st Sunday of the month (in your case the day after arrival)? Or how about Ace Café classics night (2nd Tuesday of month -8th Nov)?
