Stephen, I have made no changes at all to this car for the whole year! Aside from the compensator and air cleaner the drivetrain is still stock!
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

Interesting what you say Michael. Definitely avoid lugging the motor but do get this rattling sound that is there from 3500 rpm upwards that doesn't seem to smooth out as the revs rise but will do some experimenting. The car went back to Morgan for new barrels and pistons that completely cured the tappety sound i was getting and was told that it was not making any noise that i should be worried about now. A case of they all do that sir, still not convinced all it OK though!

As suggested by Phil i have injected silicon grease into the Centa unit, easy to get all the way in using a large syringe with a small tube. Been out for an essential journey and the result is a noticeably smoother ride with less vibration felt through the seat. Surprised that a bit of grease could have that effect, wonder how often it will need doing though. Still got the annoying rattle and knocking sound at around 3.5k rpm though that i would like to get to the bottom of but try to ignore! Glad to hear that it has worked for you, this is the first feedback from a machine with the standard set up. I believe the friction between the rotors and the rubbers causes some shear forces in place of purely compressive ones. Every couple of thousand miles or so seems a good interval but you will notice when it needs a bit more. The rattle/knock at 3,500 is probably the NVH kit allowing the bevel box nose to jump up and down ( if you have the NVH kit of course).

Clicked over 10000km last week and because off this thread had a look and a feel around the Centa. No sign of anything amiss, no chunks or shavings like above. Phew. Me and my big mouth, today, an hour before going in a Christmas Parade, the centa rollers fell apart :-(
