Thanks for all of these sugestions which we have taken note of. We are gradually getting an idea of what options we would like in our Morgan. Meanwhile I wore a Morgan centennial jacket today in the rain.
Can any one explain to me the benifits of a bespoke +4 versus a Sport +4. After selecting a goodly number of options for a bespoke +4 we find that the Sport +4 costs more ( by 2000 pounds)for a lesser no of options.
Also what is the advantage in choosing a deluxe pvc hood over the standard easy up pvc hood in the bespoke options?
Thanks for your feedback. John

The bespoke does seem a cheaper deal and I am still trying to work out why. Which options have you chosen? We are confused over the diferences in hood pvc. John

The strap does look great but it must be very hard on the paint work. Are a radio and clock worth the money? Which is the best dashboard and do they come standard with an open hole or a closing cubbyhole door? John

Clock - definately. Radio - never had mine on. The walnut dash comes with a top hinged glovebox lid. This is a press to open/press to close design with no external handle or lock. I'm told by a dealer that this is to present a flat surface to satisfy regulations. I believe that the painted dash will not have a glovebox lid, but you need to ask to be sure. As I've said before, I don't like the 3 dial dash. I find the lonely revcounter stuck behind the steering wheel a visual annoyance. But that's just my OCD coming out.....

Clock - probably. Radio - not with the glorious engine and exhaust sound so close by...

Jeff, sound s a lovely spec. Are you going to use on days other than Sunny ones? If so I would re-consider door handles. getting into the car in the pouring rain with hood-up, side-screens on, wearing gloves would be a bit tricky.

Hi Jeff, All sounds good. Those flying Jackets look the way to go. I didnt realise that you had to order the door handles tho. Can you get a luggage rack direct from Morgan? Are you getting bumpers or overriders? I will go the classic mirrors way too. What type of wire wheels? I plan to fit an after market clock. What colour have you chosen? I dont know how the Easyup hood works... is it similar to the Simmonds one...I really like the look of that one and how it goes together with the Tonneau and hood bag from the video on their site.
Be patient Regards, John
