Funny ticket! ...until they put my family to quarantine yesterday.  received a positive test result as a last greeting from the bad year 2020, mild symptoms only. I got a negative test result which does not help as we share the same household. Jan.13. is the first possible date for leaving the house. Our advantage is a reasonable sized home so we are now departed from bed and table and mostly live on separate floors. The dog has to "use" the garden. A well equipped Single Malts collection may help me to survive. Alcohol use for desinfektion only!  Really sorry to read this Hannes and wish your wife a speedy and full recovery and that you stay clear of the virus. I feel sure you are taking the right course of action with your scotch it fixes most things given time. Take care.

I feel sure you are taking the right course of action with your scotch it fixes most things given time. Best cure for insomnia. Go to bed with a bottle of whisky and your cap on the bedpost at the foot of the bed. Drink whisky until you see two caps. Go to sleep.

Thank you Richard for your continuing good humour which has certainly helped my 2020 to remain bearable.
BTW - Who else doesn’t want to watch Groundhog Day because it is now much too real ? Thank you Paul, I am lucky to be able to share on TM some of the pretty varied stuff that comes my way it has helped me a lot this year too, here's to a good 2021. I've just finished converting my car to electric power - I swapped the engine for the motor from a washing machine.
It wouldn't start at first, then I realised I hadn't shut the door properly....
Going to take it for a spin now Very good, don't forget to fully unwind the extension cable drum
