I would be interested in Cain’s response. I thought they only had maps for pre GDI engines and had to get the factory to do GDI engined cars, but I am probably wrong

I had mine upgraded by the factory, worth every penny!

Cain sent mine to the factory. As I understand it the factory will only do a club sport remap if you have the full sports exhaust inc the headers. They do a slightly less powerful version if you don’t.

I have seen reports saying the less powerful upgrade is still worth doing but I have no experience of it myself.

Yesterday I undo my ECU. Your comment was very helpful for my 2018 plus4.

But in cause it was cold outside and the garage without any heating I remember some word from a friend. He works in a great
bodyshop of a great cardealer. If it was cold they heat up the car over night in the heatroom of the colourshop. If all plastic and the wiring
is warm it would be nice to handle.

Yes, there was a difference. I was in fight with a a frozen snake or octopus (the wiring was very hard to handle).

And all things in the box where „pressfit“. Looking forward to fit.

Warming up is a great idea. Wiring goes very stiff when it’s cold and they will need to be flexed quite a bit.

I have to admit that it takes more motivation than it used to to go into a freezing garage.
