I guess the Brits will need these again to travel in Euroland.

I have just made one up. Didn’t want sticky, for obvious reasons; magnetic not much good on a Morgan, so I cut a piece of sheet aluminium, attached a couple of 15mm plastic water pipe clips using countersunk bolts, and stuck a GB sign over the top. It simply clips to the bottom rail of the sidescreen storage on my rear luggage rack.

I have a Union Jack on the bonnet. That should suffice.

Have heard it said that the country identifier plates are internationally agreed as to dimensions and font size .... the bit on the end of your numberplate (even with it's EU flag 🙂) .... doesn't qualify ...... a 'proper' plate or conforming stick-on will still be needed

Interesting, I never had an EU plate on the Morgan or Heather's Polo which was delivered last year, the Ford tractor can keep it's on as it's the "lanes" car and won't go any further than Cambridge to visit No2 daughter and family .

Thanks K. The previous owner of my Plus 8 already had one on the car he used to pop over and pick up his Beaujolais Nouveau in it apparently. I stuck a Devon flag over it for comfort if we decide to visit Germany when we are allowed it could easily be revealed once more as we are in no rush to get a Plus Four until MMC sort the seats and brakes out.
