Steve, was that the allen plug in the upper left side of the case that you used? Did you bore i ou to a larger size to get AN fitting on i?
Yes, I just removed the threaded allen plug and moved it to the lower location. Both are 1/8" NPT thread, no need to increase the size of the hole. I then used an 1/8"NPT to AN6 fitting with an AN6 90 to the hose. And of course the hose needs shortening to allow for a constant 'up' elevation change to the tank.

I spoke with S&S Tech dept. this morning and they said that the lower loop in that line was an MMC thing and did not particularly sound like a good one.

Update, I tried blowing through that breather line and it was totally plugged, impossible to blow through it. I used a heatgun to heat up the line that was laying flat on the motor mount and after a few minutes of high heat yellow gunk started to ooze out of the line. No way air would pass and the crankcase could not breathe.
So, how many folks have this line plugged and do you also have an oil cooler?

I donât have an oil cooler but the pipe had plenty of the horrible gunge in it. Pulled a riffle cleaning patch through it a few times to clean it out, wasnât completely blocked but not far off. Have now relocated pipe as suggested.

Only 4K miles, what with it being off the road all of last summer waiting for parts from S&S and lock down itâs not clocking up many milesđ© Perhaps cleaning the pipe out should be part of an oil change.
