If it was me, I would risk the seats for myself and pretend I was comfortable. But (and its a big but), if I spent that much on a car and Mrs F was uncomfortable in it, I might find myself in a spot of bother.

That is the way I'm thinking about it if I'm honest Paul, my good lady normally takes a cushion out when she passengers anyway in anything so I hope that works is my current thinking as I'll know all about it if it doesn't, she will not be impressed with this level of outlay especially as it was her idea to trade up and I would feel bad tbh. It has occurred to me this could backfire on me, if she is comfortable only when she is driving  ..

A test drive will show it up one way or the other.

Yes that's the only sure way. I tried the Plus Six for size at the Festival of Speed Goodwood and the only thing I found being tall was that you sat fairly high in the seat but it felt comfortable enough and they do look very similar.
I had a great experience with Henry when I bought my new Sport out of his showroom 2009 in Bristol before they relocated.
Impeccable service including all the warranty work that was needed with this new model at the time including three stress fractured windscreens and numerous bits falling off that had become unglued.
Sorry to hear your experience of purchase was not similar to mine Dave.

Yes Miklos, what a drift we are on here...
If it isn't this one I'll have one built just like it but without the spotlights, yes it's been decided, it's taken me a while to contemplate parting with the Plus 8 but I've got that journey done now after a lot of soul searching.
I was surprised how much better it looks compared to the configurator tbh, and delighted.
