I’d wean her off the wine I think the dog is cheating, Tie dye is two words That’s spaniels for you. They prefer to make their own rules.

Howard - relax - that’s totally normal spaniel behavior, our 2 spaniels operated exactly similarly with the exception that squirrels were even bigger enemies - the spaniels calmed down about age 10 we still have 1 aged 16 -still barks at cats and will occasionally chase a squirrel if feeling sprightly!!! Has taught the young Labradors the status of cats and squirrels such that they now do the chasing
All good fun!! Cheers! Stay safe Was pondering it yesterdays and I reckon our dog has ADHD. Not only does he have the attention span or a worm ( or my son aged 13) but he seems to see himself as a doggie Kipchoge doing nothing but full pelt running for the full hour or so of his morning "walk". And keeping him out of the river is simply impossible.

We had a springer named Alfie. totally mad! Many visits to the vet for injuries. The vet said in jest that if ever a dog needed insurance it was Alfie. We just have a Cocker named Monty now who learned Springer tactics from Alfie. Both would find water in the Sahara, run everywhere all day and then go again. Monty is a very intelligent dog who sees and learns quickly. He has a good nose too. He is currently keeping an eye on me to spot when I will take him out again today. Lotus link? Alfie and his frequent vet visit are like the acronym LotsOfTroubleUsuallySerious

anyway, back on topic...… I doubt there is a car that wouldn't be 100% satisfactory. Minor criticisms abound. A manufacturer cannot build a perfect car to suit everyone. The best way forward is a test drive to see the whole picture of performance, styling, comfort, foebles. You decide what is ok, buy and then grow into the car. Aftermarket tweeks are often made. My guess, without a test drive yet, is that the car will feel good for the majority of driving based on others test drive comments. Who actually drives on the edges of the envelope anyway? I am sure if I had a 4/6 I would grow into the car as I do with any other car. The change from 1993 4/4 to 2002 Plus8 was such an adventure. The main issues to me would be the "they all do that, sir" idiosyncrasies that Morgan seem to leave/build in !
