Or are they the smart ones as when they get a speeding ticket they will be able to claim they can't remember who was driving and the photographic evidence will be inconclusive ?

Yes, a 4/4 with a 1.9 Peugeot engine.
Saw it at the Midland Section car trial a good number of years ago. I might even have a photo in the albums somewhere.
