My 23 year old son who is a UK national, student athlete studying in US has been offered his first vaccine next week, so will be the first in our family to get the jab.
I wouldn't have put money on a non tax paying, foreigner who is as fit as butchers dog, being jabbed so early. Clearly a different set of criteria in the US.
College protecting its investment. US system is not centralised like UK.

I got my 1st jab last week. No thanks to the State of Virginia. I registered in January with the state, in February with my local city health dept and again in Feb with the State (their 3rd new system). Have heard diddley squat!!
My shot and the wifes were set up by my Daughter in law who works for a Dr. and were done at the local chemist shop.
