I am not sure if this is appropriate for the forum, but as we are in the virtual Pub and I bet lots of you have Dysons, I'd like to pass on a caution. I needed a replacement Dyson battery and there are lots of very respectable ‘LOOKING’ firms online which at first glance appear to be in the UK with good reviews. However, the first two I tried were Chinese scam companies, the clue being the Chinese writing on the top of the Paypal page ! After further research I found https://batteryshopsussex.co.uk/ who, although not the cheapest, are absolutely brilliant as you will see on Trustpilot. I have no connection to the firm, just a very satisfied customer. Back to the drinking, cheers, John.

Used these myself to replace the Dyson Hoover Battery last year, a1/3 of the Dyson
price and still going strong, oh and she uses it every day.

Thanks we have a V7. The batteries are OK for now , but it is good to see we can replace them easily & at a reasonable cost.

Both mine require a 13A plug to run (and a cable to run over  )
