Thank you. The i-beam is supported by the two 4x6 by 8ft long beams that rest on the ceiling joists. One of those beams by itself lifted 440 pounds so I am sure 2 of them should be able to handle the Morgan engine and Centa.

What does that say about the M3W when your ideal garage setup includes a engine hoist😩

What does that say about the M3W when your ideal gauge setup includes a engine hoist😩 It says you don't have a dealership within a reasonable radius. Same for the 4 post lift.

Happy to report the 3W is back on the road! After disassembly it was revealed that I was just down to a single roller, and that one was somewhat chewed up. What remained of the other three looked like what you find a the bottom of a Lays bag.
It's amazing to feel the difference in how the car drives...
