Flew to Atlanta on Friday to see it in person and sign all the papers. Should be on a truck to Austin in a week or so. Was a bit surprised by the final price, but apparently, they had buyers walking in asking to pay $20k over for it. Yowsa. Here are a few pics from the visit, also had one of the chalk-white examples come in on the same container. So glad I opted for black. The white looks like primer and diminishes the impact of the car up close. I just wasn't impressed. Couple of odd things: I checked the box for a battery maintainer and they sent one with a UK plug on it. ??? They also put a gold airfilter cover on it, when I had specified black. I've not seen gold in any other pictures, so not sure what gives. Don't get me wrong, I actually like it, but who is reviewing the spec sheets before these get approval for delivery? The dealer I bought through is swapping out the bracket for the headlamps, $1100. I almost want them to just ship it to me with the car and I'll do the work. Small album here. Great looking car, I see what you mean about the bling air filter luckily easily put right.

That does look good. You are correct - the white one looks unfinished.

Very nice, but I'm a bit anxious of the massive headlamps blocking the airflow to the cylinder cooling fins, MTW's already have issues with running hot

Great looking car! I agree that the black looks better. Congratulations on the series number, 21. Nice coincidence on your car and the final year.
We need to have a Texas meet. My car has just about finished production. They still have to put on the Stage 1 kit and then ship it to Florida. I'll pick it up next month hopefully.

I can tell you that those Hellas throw a LOT of light out front. Took us a while to figure out how they came on. Push forward on the stalk. I was also surprised at how involved swapping the headlamp brace is. It's tied to the front suspension mount points, so it's not as simple as I first expected.
