Apologies if I've mentioned it before but some cyclists are not innocent in this regard. I recall seeing one oncoming with a tiny but piercingly bright totally unfocused LED light that forced me to come to a near standstill in the Mog due to temporary blindness.

Apologies if I've mentioned it before but some cyclists are not innocent in this regard. As in so many things that are road safety related cyclists can act as if they are above the law. Time they all had rear number plates.

Rural Crime. Here in Cambridgeshire it's rife. Tractors, quad bikes, farming implements all been stolen in recent times. Not to mention catalyts and my local tree surgeons transit truck with raised sides. Hare Coursing is endemic. And cyclists, driving at night in Cambridge I reckon 50%+ have no lights. And if you knock one over you are guilty until proven innocent.
