John Mann, lead singer of Vancouver-based Celtic-folk-rock band Spirit of the West, died this week after battling young-onset Alzheimer's for several years. He was able to carry on performing for a couple of years after his diagnosis in 2014, using an iPad with a teleprompter app to remind him of the lyrics of the songs he'd performed thousands of times before but couldn't remember.

This is probably the best known of their songs, so it would be lovely to include in this evening's Malvern Arms gig, if that's OK...
