Back to the topic. With some hardy SwanMoggers visiting in their camper vans but also bringing their four seater cars we have been exploring Suffolk. I’ll be watching ‘Songs of Praise’ tonight 👍🤗 Well to avoid being deflated Arthur the program screens at 1300 hrs on BBC1 and Peter said it would be the 6th June screening  .

Its only 4 years since I was in the saddle, but its just like riding a bike, yeah? Suffice to say, I was a lot rustier than the two wheeler, and found it easier to walk at times, even in the relative flatness of Cheltenham !! Thought about one of these? Dead easy to fit, and a breeze to ride. Just like riding with a good breeze behind you. You still have to pedal - hard sometimes - but it's reinvigorated my cycling, and means I can get up some of the hills that I would have been busting a gut over (or getting off and pushing, more like). No connection, etc, etc ...
