Are they doing a 4 seater version?

Must admit I enjoyed my drive in a CX demonstrator the other week, getting straight out of the Roadster into the CX you could really feel the improvements in ride quality, however long brake pedal travel left me unimpressed, but the lightness of the steering and gearbox and turn of speed, the ease of driving was quite a revelation by comparison. Being tall my head was much higher in the CX and not covered by the top of the screen a bit disconcerting ,so don't know how the hood would feel when up. Quite impressive the new CX platform, so much so I could have been driving my Merc Cabriolet, only real difference was the body skin and the Merc has an electric roof. Which did make me reflect on what I would want from my Morgan motoring as everything else the CX does my Merc achieves for much less money and is very efficient with no 'real' soul.

That's why it's better to give it a couple of years, so the "improvements" filter through!!

That‘s what I wonder too. I looked the video the whole time and wonder: where are the new wonderful things?

I think MORGAN looks for another kind of customers than the trad owners, and the new people want some progress.
It‘s a little like a VW guy turns to AUDI in cause „Vorsprung durch Technik“. ;-)

I did about 130,000 km in Morgan. I never felt the need to have light in the back.

It would have been convenient to have pockets to put up road maps and sunglasses and door on glovebox .
