I have used dynotile on 2 garages now. Their website has a nice little planner where you type in the floor dimensions and then you can make up any pattern you like from a big choice of colours

Are those tiles loose laid on the floor or stuck with adhesive? Wondering whether spilt fluids get trapped under loose laid tiles.

They are laid loose, but the joints are pretty tight, you have to hammer them together with a mallet. I suppose some spilt fluid might get under the tiles, but I can't see it as being a big risk. I've managed over 5 years on mine without managing to spill anything, and I'm a right clumsy bugger. I do keep a large drip tray and some sheets of cardboard under the Landy though. She does like to mark her spot. .

As said hammered down. I have risked using the jack on them so I have marked with paint the ones to pull up if I work on the car on the jack & axle stands inside.
When I take those up I see no stains from leaking fluids, not that car leaks. The culprit is me overfilling the wash bottle.

Given early access to our new build double garage 6 x 7m. Builder very accomodating on giving me keys in advance of move, so bare concrete sealed and painted on back wall and floor using dedicated Ronseal paint. Now moving in ten sets of plastic shelving to store all our tat. Adding insulated flooring is well down the priority list although I will transfer the large piece of carpeting Morton sits on in present garage. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/LEvDlxp.jpg) Long term plan is to cut out three of the roof A frame chords after first bracing with 6 x 2" timbers bolted up in scissor style. This to give clearance for car on hydraulic lift. Maybe you sdhould think about fitting a urinal and sink whilst the garage is under construction. There is nothing like getting ready to do some work on the car to start you needing a pee. Or is it my age? My garage has plastic floor tyles stuck down to the concrete - the 12 inch square old style vinyl ones.Unfortaunately some have come loose and broken up so I have to decide what to do about them. I would like a solid surface rather than a plastic mesh. Which of the above will fit that bill - the ones from the US of A look good to me.
