Talk Morgan Forums Community General Photo Gallery through the desert on a horse with no name

Last ride of the season for me early may - took it deep into the desert. Pretty sure no other Morgan has ever been in such exotic places. I'm working around the idea of crossing the Arabian peninsula in it in early spring or early autumn. Saudi Arabia has some incredible roads. That should rival some of fantastic adventures on TM :-)

Well driving in a sandstorm is suicidal in those parts - the temperature climbs so high you are guaranteed a heat stroke in no time.

The sand is one enemy - sunshine is the other. The arabian sun is relentless both on the driver and the car. So far I seem to hold pretty well so the Morgan should do just fine.
