There is normally a metal sleeve with the radio. You slide that into the hole & bend the tabs to fix it.

How old is your Plus4?
My Plus4 is a 2018. And when I collect her at the dealer (BHM) Keith must „prepare“ the „DIN-slot“ for the correct dimension.
