I have just fitted a pair of universal gators which came from flea bay at a cost of £10.95
Time will tell as to how long they last.

Had the nearside replaced under warranty, offside had now split but decided to replace both as I had to take the nearside off anyway to replace the offside.

Sorry, it‘s me again… When I look around, in Germany always only SKF gaiters come up. This one: https://vehicleaftermarket.skf.com/de/de/products/VKJP02001It‘s different in all diameters. I think the small side will fit, but not the bigger one. So I need the manufacturer (and Part.no.) of the British and matching gaiter. Thank you for your help! Greets René

Hello Richard,
I‘m happy that I‘ve got back my ECU after the flash. It was A LOT OF WORRIES and about 5weeks caused by DHL.
And they offered a „full import service“ with 200,- EUR tax for my own ECU…
So I‘m not happy for a new try. ;-)

Hi,
I installed the new gaiter as per Richard's recommendation.
The replacement is slightly longer than the original, but it fits. It took about 1 hour to trim and fit.
After closer examination the gaiter on the other side is also split, so I have ordered a replacement. This looks a little more complicated. Does anyone have any illustrations/instructions on how to do it?
