The current version, whilst possibly being the last front engined V12 that Ferrari will build is, IMHO, not a patch on the original and is quite similar in its looks to the majority of the rather confusing Ferrari range but, oh how I would't mind the confusion.
Got to agree about the looks but then arent all modern cars of a specific type ( SUV, small hatches , etc) getting to look more and more alike?
I tested the Portofino M on Wednesday as I mentioned above. Did it go? of course it did but I might just as easily been in almost any other brand making the same sort of car.. Full of electronics, little screens all over, funny buttons on the steering wheel, big filter in the exhaust making it sound BORING. Totally underwhelming for your £200k.
Maybe this is old man talk, but as far as I am concerned , I have lived through the age of interesting cars and exciting driving between the 60s and the millenium. For car enthusiasts, , its over IMO.
